Where do I view all notifications?
You can look at all of your notifications by:
1. Clicking on the notifications bell at the top of the page
2. Click on "View All Notifications".
How can I update notifications?
You may delete the notification once you have read them by clicking the "Delete" button.
What type of notifications are available?
We will notify you of any important event related to your Elite Seller account:
Seller account inactive
Customer segment exported
And much more!
How can I enable/disable notifications?
You cannot turn the internal notifications off, but if you have enabled the browser notifications, you can disable them by:
1. Clicking on the menu in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click "Browser Notifications"
3. Enable/ Disable Browser Notifications
Can I turn notifications off for a certain time period?
No, you cannot establish a ‘do not disturb’ period.
