This new issue is related to the Review Requester module. It has a quick fix. Please click on the red "Issue" word, and you will see the description of this issue.

In order to fix it ⬇️

  1. Go to your Amazon Seller Central.

  2. Look for our user under the Permissions section.

  3. Look for "Settings" permissions section.

  4. Enable view & edit > Messaging access.


5. Return to Elite Seller.
6. Click on the blue button "I have solved this issue", and the SCI will change to Active.
